Product manager for CRM systems

• As a Product Manager within the CRM Service, you will take ownership of key products and initiatives that directly improve how staff manage relationships with students and others across the University.
• You will lead the roadmap of user-focussed improvements for our core CRM system Salesforce plus other specialist CRM systems including Maximizer.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and partners, you will shape priorities, deliver measurable outcomes, and contribute to the evolution of the overall service roadmap.

• Experience managing and continuously improving off-the-shelf digital products through their lifecycle, using discovery, user insight and data to prioritise and refine roadmaps.
• Extensive experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders and external partners to deliver and develop digital products and services.
• Experience of working on user-centred products, including understanding user behaviours and improving user journeys.
• Experience of Agile and Scrum, as well as other software and product development and delivery methodologies.
• A broad understanding of enterprise technology and how digital products operate within complex organisations.
• Demonstrable experience of driving and championing new ways of working while bringing people along with you.
