Product manager lisboa

A leading multinational company in the services and digital solutions sector is looking to strengthen its Product team by bringing on a Product Manager for its offices in Lisbon.

• Manage products, features and platforms throughout their respective lifecycle;
• Participate in defining and executing the product roadmap;
• Identify opportunities to evolve, optimize and differentiate the offering;
• Gather the needs of customers, users, partners and internal teams, translating them into functional requirements and user stories;
• Prioritize initiatives according to business impact, customer value, effort and urgency;
• Coordinate projects to develop and optimize products, platforms and journeys;
• Work closely with technical and operational teams and various internal stakeholders;
• Coordinate development, testing, validation and launches, ensuring deadlines and quality;
• Track product, adoption, usage, satisfaction and efficiency KPIs;
• Monitor market trends, competitors and the evolution of digital solutions;
• Collaborate with teams such as Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Care and Operations.

• A degree in Management, Engineering, Marketing, Economics or a similar field, and between 2 and 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Product or similar roles.
• An analytical, organized and results-oriented profile, with the ability to manage different priorities and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You should also demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, curiosity and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Portuguese and a minimum B2 level of English, as well as proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Будет плюсом: Experience in consulting, as well as in the operational delivery of projects in regulated sectors, will be valued; Knowledge of Agile methodologies is important, and familiarity with payment methods, especially digital solutions, Human Resources or Finance will be an advantage
