Product manager for CRM systems

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and hands-on Senior Product Manager to strengthen our product team and support Aroundhome’s core business processes for our next phase of growth. Aroundhome is Germany’s leading platform for home projects, connecting thousands of homeowners with the right local contractors. The Internal Enablement Team is responsible for the central CRM and operational infrastructure—primarily based on Salesforce—that power our sales teams and, in the future, Customer Care.

• As Senior Product Manager, you define and manage a strategic product roadmap that translates our growth goals into a modern, future-proof Salesforce ecosystem.
• You combine user research, process analysis and quantitative data to identify the root causes of problems and systematically validate opportunities for impact.
• You challenge existing workflows to create reusable system components, clean data flows and clear system boundaries between Salesforce and connected tools.
• You make evidence-based decisions to prioritize your backlog, consistently focusing on business growth and operational scalability.
• You work closely with Salesforce architects, Salesforce administrators, data experts and software developers to manage the product lifecycle and deliver quickly testable, incremental value.
• You coordinate closely with the Sales and Operations business teams and actively support them through training, change management and the introduction of new processes.
• You manage your initiatives using clear success metrics and drive the use of smart AI tools to continuously optimize processes and work results.

• You have a proven track record as a Senior Product Manager leading comprehensive CRM transformations, as well as deep, hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem (relevant certifications are a plus).
• You have a strong understanding of Continuous Product Discovery and the ability to translate overarching business goals into measurable, outcome-oriented metrics.
• You have a very good understanding of system architectures, data synchronization and API-based interfaces between Salesforce and connected systems.
• You have excellent communication and storytelling skills to bring interface teams along and drive the successful rollout of new features and workflows at every level.
• You have practical experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work (e.g. for research, technical analysis or prototyping) to increase efficiency and innovation.
• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English, enabling smooth collaboration with international tech teams and local operational business teams.

• We offer a hybrid working model that combines the flexibility of remote work with in-person interaction. Ideally, you live in Berlin or somewhere that allows you to get to the office easily. We offer plenty of flexibility, while also valuing your regular attendance in person for team days, workshops and meetings. We therefore require you to be present at our Berlin office monthly. You can also work from selected EU countries for up to 30 days per year.
