product manager for card processing

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. • Join the Card Technologies team during Salmon's migration to a licensed card processing model covering issuance, authorization, clearing, and settlement end to end;
• Work across the full card processing stack, including issuance and personalization bureau integration, card management, authorization, and clearing;
• Stand up new integrations from scratch during the licensing migration;
• Work with engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep settlement and reconciliation accurate throughout the transition;
• Own the integration between card issuance and the personalization bureau;
• Own card management flows end to end;
• Own authorization processing integrations;
• Own clearing flow integrations;
• Partner with Finance and Operations on settlement and reconciliation processes.

• Have 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, ideally in fintech or banking;
• Have experience with payment services or systems;
• Understand how acquirers, issuers, and payment systems interact;
• Know microservice architecture and system design;
• Have experience with API design and building integrations from scratch;
• Have strong SQL skills;
• Have experience with incident analysis and resolution in production.
