• Lead initiatives to develop and modify investment products
• Analyze legal and regulatory changes and assess their impact on products, processes, and customer service
• Coordinate change implementation, from preparing assumptions and requirements through system and process work to launching solutions
• Work with IT teams to define and implement changes in systems supporting products
• Prepare and update product documentation, procedures, and internal rules for offered products
• Collaborate with business and support functions, particularly IT, Compliance, Legal, and Operations
• Work with external suppliers and partners involved in product development or servicing
• Analyze product operations and offering development, and monitor the effects of implemented changes
• Identify areas for improvement and initiate actions to increase product-process efficiency
• Plan and coordinate initiative work and ensure the timely completion of successive stages
• Represent the product perspective in projects involving different organizational units
• Maintain day-to-day collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience managing or developing products in the financial, banking, investment, or a related sector
• Practical knowledge of investment products and their servicing processes
• Experience leading projects involving product and regulatory changes
• Ability to independently manage regulatory change end-to-end, from interpreting legal changes and assessing their impact to preparing requirements and implementation
• Experience working across business and IT and translating business and regulatory needs into system requirements
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups and coordinate work involving different organizational areas
• Knowledge of financial institutions’ processes and operating environments
• Strong organization, independence, and ability to manage several related topics simultaneously
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to propose practical solutions
• Будет плюсом: Experience with investment funds/TFI, IKE/IKZE, brokerage and investment accounts, wealth management products, investment products for retail or affluent clients, regulations for investment services and products including MiFID, and collaboration with external suppliers on financial product implementation or development
