Product Manager

• Plan and execute customer outcomes according to KPIs;
• Own and maintain the platform roadmap, balancing shared customer experiences, enablement work, performance, and technical debt;
• Conduct customer discovery analysis and run discovery with internal teams building on the platform;
• Engage with customers through interviews and feedback sessions;
• Perform data analysis and drive data-driven decision-making processes;
• Monitor and maintain product health and performance metrics for customer-facing experiences and platform performance;
• Partner with architects and engineers to turn technical initiatives into a clearly prioritized backlog;
• Research emerging technology and turn it into concrete proposals for new customer-facing experiences and improved internal software development;
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities across teams;
• Work closely with the product owners of the Individual, Business, and Junior teams to align shared experiences and solutions;
• Manage stakeholder collaboration to ensure alignment on shared dependencies and effective communication;
• Continuously evaluate and adjust product priorities based on customer and stakeholder feedback;
• Lead most Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
• Foster a collaborative and Agile-friendly environment within the team;
• Ensure timely and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role;
• Comfort working on technical products and discussing APIs, architecture, and mobile app performance;
• Curiosity about emerging technology and initiative to research it independently;
• Interest in software development processes, including approaches and tooling that improve delivery;
• Proven ability to define and prioritize work where value is indirect, including reliability, developer productivity, and delivery speed;
• Ability to translate technical initiatives into business value for non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to influence and drive adoption across teams without direct management responsibility;
• Expert knowledge of the product development cycle and experience maintaining product roadmaps;
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams;
• Analytical mindset and experience using data to drive decisions;
• Understanding of product health, metrics, and Agile methodologies.
