Capital on Tap is a financial platform providing a business credit card, a spend management platform, a savings product, and a suite of financial products and tools designed for small businesses.

• Deliver features and projects that drive customer and business impact;
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the company to align on commercial and operational objectives;
• Run a mission team of engineers with an eye on delivery and customer outcomes;
• Excel at delivery, get projects over the line, and motivate others to make hard things seem easy;
• Help Capital on Tap achieve long term strategic dominance in SME industry.

• Have 2+ years of experience in product management or project management;
• Possess strong commercial intuition, entrepreneurial spirit, and foundational gut instinct;
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills to thrive in chaos and remain calm under pressure;
• Exhibit strong communication skills to keep people aligned and mission teams running smoothly;
• Have strong interpersonal skills to make hard work rewarding, sustainable, and nourishing;
• Ability to synthesise large amounts of information and distil a problem down to its essence;
• Ready to shoulder individual responsibility for end to end development and delivery of features that align with business and customer needs, being highly driven and self-motivated.
