Product Manager

The client is a UK-based financial technology company specializing in global payment acquiring and financial services. It provides payment acquiring, multi-currency accounts, currency exchange, and open banking integration for e-commerce, fintech, gaming, digital services, and tourism industries, operating under the authorization of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

• Analyze card scheme business processes;
• Gather and document business requirements;
• Design interchange and scheme fee logic;
• Define reconciliation process requirements;
• Prepare functional specifications for development;
• Communicate with Visa and Mastercard;
• Support implementation and solution testing.

• Payments industry domain knowledge;
• Experience with Visa and Mastercard schemes;
• Knowledge of interchange and scheme fees;
• Experience with APIs, SQL, and microservices;
• Proficiency in UML, BPMN, and process modeling;
• Experience writing functional specifications;
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence;
• Experience in fintech;
• English and Russian language proficiency;
