Product Manager

TradingView is the world's largest financial analysis platform, providing advanced charting, market data, and collaboration tools to over 100 million users across 180+ countries. The company builds financial technology solutions used by individual traders and major institutions to inform investment decisions.

• Define and drive the overarching product strategy, vision, and roadmap across multiple interconnected domains;
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers by setting clear goals and providing coaching;
• Own the cross-domain user journey and manage trade-offs between competing priorities;
• Champion a coherent information architecture, navigation model, and design language across the platform;
• Drive the strategy and roadmap for each domain in collaboration with PMs to translate vision into high-impact initiatives;
• Define and track key product metrics including engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization;
• Prioritize investment across domains based on user research, quantitative analysis, and business impact;
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, content, marketing, finance, and partnerships teams to deliver experiences at scale;
• Communicate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to senior leadership and stakeholders;
• Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to refine product experiences.

• 5+ Years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers or teams;
• Demonstrated success owning product strategy across multiple domains or a broad product area;
• Strong UX/UI sensibility with hands-on experience collaborating with design teams;
• Experience shaping information architecture, content hierarchy, and navigation patterns for complex products;
• Proven track record of building products that deliver clear value in intuitive, engaging ways;
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization;
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate vision to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
• Nice to have: Understanding of financial markets or macroeconomics, experience with fintech/financial media/market data platforms, experience with monetization/subscriptions/payments, experience growing social/community-driven products, familiarity with SEO principles, background in UX research or interaction design, experience operating in large fast-moving organizations.
