Product Manager

Adyen provides a financial technology platform that offers payments, data, and financial services in a single solution for global enterprises. The company processes payments for large-scale businesses, facilitating complex fund distribution and monetization models through its global banking infrastructure.

• Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the split payment product;
• Translate market opportunities and platform requirements into actionable roadmaps and success metrics;
• Simplify complex, ambiguous spaces by defining clear monetization use cases;
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for automated split configurations;
• Act as the primary product authority for split payments across the organization;
• Serve as a subject matter expert on payment lifecycle variations and clearing/settlement flows;
• Partner with Engineering, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to align core capabilities with business models;
• Design and scale rule-driven logic for automated commission calculations and fee distributions;
• Collaborate with engineering to optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of split generation infrastructure;
• Contribute to customer-facing automated splits tooling to help platforms manage monetization strategies;
• Engage directly with platforms to gather feedback and translate needs into product requirements;
• Monitor product metrics to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction;
• Manage specific initiatives from initial scoping through final delivery.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or a client-facing product role;
• Experience in B2B, complex enterprise software, payments, fintech, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms;
• Proven organizational and commercial strength with excellent project management skills;
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision;
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving;
• Ability to navigate complex payment flows, financial data, and technical constraints;
• Strong interpersonal skills for driving technical discussions and strategic commercial alignments;
• Nice to have: Experience challenging the status quo, ability to manage short- and long-term planning, experience with platform merchant setups.
