Product Manager

Teamcubate develops an AI-powered SaaS platform designed as an operating layer for accounting firms. The product functions as a central hub that integrates with existing accounting and payroll systems to streamline communication, orchestrate workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and implement AI-driven solutions for financial operations.

• Own the product from discovery through delivery;
• Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with founders;
• Build a deep understanding of accounting firms' operational workflows and customer pain points through continuous discovery and user research;
• Translate business problems into product requirements;
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap;
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI teams;
• Drive product discovery, validation, and MVP development;
• Define product success metrics and iterate based on customer feedback;
• Stay on top of trends in AI, fintech, and accounting technology;
• Define how AI can be embedded into the product to simplify workflows and improve user experience;
• Help establish product processes as the company grows.

• 5+ Years of Product Management experience;
• Experience building B2B SaaS products;
• Strong domain experience in fintech, accounting software, payroll, financial operations, or ERP systems;
• Experience taking products from idea to launch or joining at a very early stage;
• Strong product discovery and customer research skills;
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams;
• Excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills;
• Data-driven approach to product decisions;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Nice to have: Technical background, experience with AI-powered or LLM-based solutions, experience integrating with third-party accounting or ERP systems, understanding of bookkeeping or payroll workflows, startup or scale-up experience, experience building workflow automation products.
