• Lead the product discovery and delivery process from concept to launch and post-launch optimization;
• Conduct market and user research to understand customer needs, investment behavior, and the competitive landscape;
• Translate business goals and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and specifications;
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time;
• Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure alignment with Philippine financial regulations and licensing requirements;
• Define and track product KPIs including user acquisition, activation, retention, trading activity, and revenue;
• Manage stakeholder communication to align leadership and teams around priorities and progress;
• Improve the product continuously based on data, user feedback, and market trends.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Manager in online trading platforms, brokerage platforms, trading systems, wealth management apps, or similar fintech products;
• Experience launching consumer-facing mobile applications, ideally in regulated industries;
• Strong understanding of investment products such as stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, digital investment products, or brokerage services;
• Familiarity with financial regulations and experience working with compliance and legal teams in online trading or financial services;
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments;
• Strong analytical skills and experience making data-driven product decisions;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Nice to have: Experience launching products in international markets, experience working in startups or high-growth fintech companies.
