Product Manager

The company provides asset-backed financing infrastructure for robotics and industrial automation, enabling OEMs and integrators to scale globally while allowing operators to deploy automation without balance-sheet exposure. It creates a new fixed-income asset class for investors by managing the complexities of asset deployment and financing.

• Take ultimate ownership of high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives mandated directly by the founders;
• Shape, test, and launch the next generation of services and infrastructure platforms;
• Operate with the autonomy of an internal founder to unblock complex commercial and technical bottlenecks;
• Execute founder-mandated strategic bets through high-impact, time-bound missions embedded across the organization.

• Proven experience in high-leverage product management roles within deeptech or robotics;
• Ability to operate with high agency and autonomy in ambiguous, hyper-growth environments;
• Strong background in cross-functional leadership and strategic initiative execution;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech, asset-backed financing, or industrial automation infrastructure.
