Product Manager

Fourthline fights financial crime by verifying identities for banks, neobanks, online brokers, crypto exchanges, and insurers. The company provides an identity verification platform that automates KYC checks and enables biometric authentication.

• Lead the biometrics product area in partnership with the Engineering Manager and ML engineers;
• Align on priorities, unblock the team, and ensure product and engineering move toward shared outcomes;
• Shape a clear product roadmap grounded in technical feasibility and business priorities;
• Communicate the roadmap to commercial and leadership audiences;
• Define production-ready standards for AI-powered verification checks;
• Balance model performance, user experience, and regulatory requirements;
• Drive measurable business outcomes, including automation rates, verification conversion, and fraud prevention;
• Build business cases for new capabilities;
• Take a data-driven approach to prioritization using metrics like match accuracy and false acceptance/rejection rates;
• Ensure products meet quality, security, and regulatory standards, including data protection for sensitive personal data.

• 5+ Years of experience in a Product Owner or Manager role;
• Meaningful exposure to ML, computer vision, or AI-powered products;
• Understanding of the ML development lifecycle and how to turn research into production-grade products;
• Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, define success metrics, and communicate value to stakeholders;
• Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with engineering, data, and commercial teams;
• Nice to have: Experience in identity verification, biometrics, or in Banking/FinTech/RegTech.
