Product Manager

Tide provides business accounts and administrative solutions, including invoicing and accounting, to help SMEs save time and money. The company transforms the small business banking market and supports over 2 million members globally across the UK, India, Germany, and France.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for savings, investment accounts, and related wealth services, focusing on pensions/SIPPs;
• Lead full-cycle product management from discovery and partner negotiation to delivery, launch, and optimization across web and mobile;
• Define and deliver against key metrics including deposits, activation, retention, funded accounts, assets under administration/management, and cross-sell efficiency;
• Partner with engineering, design, data, compliance, and finance teams to deliver compliant features in a complex regulatory environment;
• Build and run a test-and-learn program using A/B testing and MVT to inform prioritization and user journeys;
• Act as the primary technical and product lead for banking, savings, and investment partners and third-party platform providers;
• Segment customers and use analytics to understand SME cash-flow, savings, and investment needs.

• 7–10+ Years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in savings, deposits, wealth, or treasury products;
• Strong understanding of savings and investment products, product economics, and regulatory frameworks governing customer outcomes and financial promotions;
• Proven experience managing a product P&L, pricing strategies, and unit economics;
• Skilled in working with Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) APIs, ledger architectures, and data tools like SQL, Tableau, or Excel;
• Track record of taking regulated products from concept to scale in a fast-paced fintech environment;
• Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate discussions with risk, legal, and compliance teams;
• Analytical rigor and experience using data to prove decisions through experimentation and user research;
• Nice to have: Experience with pensions/SIPPs.

• Annual salary range €68,400 – €85,500;
