The hiring process includes a home task as a mandatory stage.
Ideals is a global B2B SaaS company providing secure business collaboration platforms. The product suite includes a Virtual Data Room for secure document sharing during complex transactions and a board management platform for leadership collaboration.
задачи
- Define and execute the product area strategy for Reporting and Insights within the VDR;
- Uncover new product opportunities through discovery, user interviews, surveys, and behavioral analytics;
- Prioritize opportunities and solutions based on impact, ROI, and technical feasibility;
- Define and communicate product requirements through prototypes, PRDs, and user stories;
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data analysts to deliver scalable solutions;
- Contribute to GTM strategy and develop launch plans, positioning, and messaging;
- Measure success post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback.
требования
- 3+ Years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments;
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently;
- Experience across the full product lifecycle from discovery to GTM;
- Proficiency in using customer insights and data for decision-making;
- Ability to translate market trends into product strategies;
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for research, documentation, and data analysis;
- Experience with technically complex features and close collaboration with engineering;
- English proficiency (C1 level);
- Nice to have: Experience owning analytics or BI tools in B2B workflows, experience building AI-powered features, understanding of M&A or financial operations.
