Product Manager

Wise is a global technology company building a platform for international money transfers and financial management. The organization focuses on providing low-fee, fast, and convenient cross-border payment solutions for individuals and businesses worldwide.

• Identify, size, and prioritize new markets and product use cases across the MEA region;
• Own P&L inputs and drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy, from regulatory scoping to launching and scaling services;
• Become the product domain expert on customer needs and local financial regulations;
• Balance regulatory requirements and licensing obligations with product localization;
• Define and build scalable controls and infrastructure for product expansion;
• Design resilient systems and processes for KYC, AML, and fraud prevention;
• Create a product vision and strategy autonomously.

• Proven experience in product management with a focus on market expansion or complex financial products;
• Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes and compliance requirements in international markets;
• Ability to design and scale infrastructure for risk management, including KYC and AML;
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing P&L inputs;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech, background in scaling products in emerging markets, expertise in cross-border payment systems.
