Product Manager

Versuni manufactures home appliances and electronics, focusing on products that enhance everyday living experiences, including coffee machines and kitchen equipment. The company operates globally with a portfolio of brands, including Philips, aiming to transform houses into homes through innovation and consumer-centric design.

• Translate category strategy into clear product concepts and requirements in partnership with Marketing;
• Build compelling, consumer-focused value propositions that are relevant, differentiated, and competitive;
• Act as the product expert by benchmarking competitors and identifying opportunities across price segments;
• Develop business cases to assess sales impact, return on investment, and profit margins;
• Optimize the product range and number of SKUs;
• Represent the consumer throughout product development and ensure appropriate validation and testing;
• Drive continuous product improvements using consumer feedback, ratings, and market input;
• Manage product lifecycle activities including range improvements, extensions, and end-of-life planning;
• Brief Marketing and Design teams to ensure consistent, consumer-centric communication;
• Support markets with commercial launch activities and monitor financial performance of new products;
• Analyze market data to understand trends, competitor positioning, and dynamics across countries;
• Support the Product Director in coaching the team and improving ways of working.

• 7+ Years of experience in product management;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
• Proven track record of managing products or projects end-to-end, including timelines, budgets, and risks;
• Strong business acumen with the ability to build and evaluate business cases;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• Genuine interest in technology and product details;
• Nice to have: Experience in consumer electronics or appliances, experience with international markets.
