Product Manager

Pexapark provides a price intelligence platform for the clean energy sector, covering solar, wind, and battery storage. The company assists buyers, sellers, and investors in navigating complex power markets by combining market-based insights and pricing solutions with transaction facilitation.

• Own the end-to-end client experience for price intelligence and transaction tools;
• Translate energy market dynamics and customer workflows into product decisions;
• Define and track KPIs for owned product areas;
• Conduct structured discovery with customers to identify pain points and needs;
• Build direct relationships with clients across Europe and the US;
• Monitor power market evolution and offtake structures to inform product strategy;
• Partner with engineering to ship product increments;
• Make trade-off decisions between speed and rigor;
• Use AI tools to prototype, accelerate research, and shorten feedback loops;
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Quant, and Data teams to ensure product adoption;
• Contribute to roadmap decisions based on data and customer feedback.

• Understanding of renewable energy markets, including PPA pricing, BESS economics, or merchant revenue;
• Proficiency in using AI tools for prototyping and research;
• Proven product experience in taking solutions from problem to delivery;
• Ability to work with incomplete information and act in a self-directed manner;
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and commercial stakeholders;
• Proficiency in product analytics and basic SQL;
• Commercial awareness regarding revenue and client retention;
• Nice to have: PM experience in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or fintech, experience shipping AI or ML features, good sense of humor.
