Product Manager

EPAM’s Applied AI division implements frontier AI solutions within businesses by collaborating directly with clients to transform complex goals into functional, value-driven systems. The team manages the entire lifecycle of AI integration, ranging from workforce enablement and process re-engineering to the launch of AI-native products.

• Prototype working AI solutions and demos using modern tooling to prove ideas during pre-sales;
• Manage the day-to-day client relationship and serve as the primary point of contact;
• Define problem statements, solutions, and success metrics based on high-stakes business goals;
• Lead project shaping during pre-sales and maintain involvement through the delivery phase;
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to provide clarity and direction;
• Build business cases and ROI narratives to support client investment decisions;
• Drive product adoption and change management, incorporating feedback into future development.

• Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, v0, Lovable, Replit, or Microsoft Copilot Studio;
• Proven track record of delivering AI agents or AI-native features into production;
• Roughly 5+ years of experience in product management or consulting in high-stakes, customer-facing environments;
• Deep domain expertise in at least one industry: Financial Services, Retail Banking, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Travel & Hospitality;
• Strong 0→1 product innovation mindset with the ability to build under ambiguity;
• Working knowledge of LLMs, prompting, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, and Model Context Protocol;
• Ability to structure complex information and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders;
• Bias for action and ability to operate independently to keep projects moving;
• Nice to have: Pre-sales and solution-shaping experience with senior client stakeholders.
