Product Manager

Asperitas engineers liquid cooling systems designed to support next-generation AI, high-performance computing, and edge infrastructure. The company focuses on improving efficiency and reliability while enabling the reuse of waste heat.

• Maintain and organize product documentation, requirements, specifications, and knowledge repositories;
• Ensure product information is structured, up-to-date, and accessible across teams;
• Support market, customer, competitor, and industry research activities;
• Prepare and consolidate information for roadmap discussions, planning sessions, and product reviews;
• Track actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies from meetings and workshops;
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreed actions;
• Assist in managing product feedback, change requests, and improvement ideas;
• Support backlog refinement and requirement clarification activities;
• Support product validation throughout the development process;
• Prepare product reports, presentations, and status updates;
• Coordinate communication and information flow between Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other business functions;
• Support product launch and change management activities.

• Nice to have: 1–3 years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, or operations, experience with Miro, writing user stories, MS suite, MS Project, software development experience including feature scoping, testing, or release coordination.
