Product Manager

Uspio is an international IT company that develops a next-generation CPaaS platform and provides services in web and mobile software development, system integration, and digital marketing.

• Develop product specifications and detailed descriptions of the platform’s operational logic;
• Analyze and describe backend system interaction scenarios including traffic routing, API request handling, and message delivery logic;
• Design and analyze UI/UX workflows for end-user and platform administrator interfaces;
• Define MVP boundaries, plan delivery phases, and schedule subsequent releases;
• Organize product requirements into a hierarchy of Epics and User Stories;
• Conduct high-level task estimations and manage backlog priorities;
• Plan and monitor the release of product versions for production deployment;
• Assign tasks to business analysts, monitor the quality of artifacts, and provide mentorship;
• Collaborate with Project/Delivery Managers to define product scope, value, and requirements;
• Conduct competitive and market research on CPaaS players, business value, pricing, and architecture;
• Prepare the core product framework for launching new technological platform functionality.

• 3–5 Years of experience managing complex product development, preferably in B2B SaaS, PaaS, or Infrastructure;
• Deep expertise in the telecom market, communication channels, data transfer protocols, and message delivery mechanics;
• Strong technical background with an understanding of complex architectural systems, API integrations, and backend operations;
• Experience writing detailed product documentation and decomposing complex system requirements;
• Practical experience managing a team of business analysts;
• Ability to gather market and competitor intelligence data;
• Nice to have: Successful experience launching complex technological software or platforms from scratch to commercial operation.
