Wrike provides a work management platform designed to help teams and organizations collaborate, create, and increase productivity by centralizing work processes.

• Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Core unit;
• Manage a team of five Product Managers across five teams;
• Ensure clarity of ownership, strong decision-making, and consistent product quality;
• Balance customer requests, enterprise needs, technical investments, and usability improvements;
• Contribute to building processes and tooling for AI-native R&D;
• Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers.

• Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders;
• Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery;
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs including scalability, adoption, usability, configurability, and change management;
• Ability to make hard trade-offs across investments, customer escalations, technical complexity, and long-term platform direction;
• Ability to align teams and stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership;
• Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers;
• Ability to balance power and simplicity in complex product experiences;
• Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS enterprise products in collaboration or productivity area, practical understanding of AI-native product development and agentic workflows, visionary mindset, strong technical fluency.
