We are a remote-first technology company and welcome applications from candidates across Europe, including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, and other non-EEA European countries such as Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey, and the Western Balkans. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of one of our strategic products from vision to execution. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, shaping the roadmap, delivering MVPs, and driving continuous product growth.

In this role, you will own the product throughout its entire lifecycle—from identifying customer needs and defining product strategy to measuring business impact and continuously improving the product. Working closely with engineering, design, QA, business stakeholders, and external partners, you will build scalable fintech products that solve real customer problems while supporting the company’s business objectives.

Our Hiring Process:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in product or technology-driven companies.
• Proven experience owning products from discovery through delivery and growth.
• Experience working directly with customers, enterprise clients, or business stakeholders.
• Strong experience defining product vision, roadmap, and MVP strategy.
• Experience working with Agile product development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience prioritizing backlogs and making data-driven product decisions.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate+.
• Experience building products from scratch (0→1).
• Experience launching MVPs and scaling products.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, KYC/KYB, Compliance, Card Issuing, or SaaS.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and external vendors.
• Experience leading distributed remote teams.
• Certifications such as PSPO, Scrum Product Owner, Agile, or similar.
