Pasiona Consulting is a technology consultancy and Microsoft partner that designs, develops, and implements custom software applications for clients across multiple sectors.

• Ensure the smooth execution and governance of organizational projects and operational activities
• Reconcile budgets, including detailed analysis and ongoing monitoring to ensure financial accuracy and accountability
• Manage time-tracking processes, produce tracking reports and monthly status updates, and maintain data quality for actual cost reporting across BAU operations and projects
• Communicate and manage changes related to end-user services and workplace environments to ensure smooth transitions
• Consolidate and maintain the product knowledge base to support efficient information sharing and access to resources
• Facilitate community management initiatives to encourage collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement across teams
• Produce reports, product documentation, and global communications

• At least 5 years of experience preferred
• Skills in budgeting and cost control, including financial planning, cost estimation, and budget monitoring
• Knowledge of change-management processes and tools to manage project scope effectively
• Data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and Power BI
• Basic knowledge of IT systems
• Fluent English
• Excellent active listening and communication skills across seniority levels, countries, and cultures
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in dynamic, matrix environments
• Resilience, tenacity, and perseverance in changing environments
