• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the licensing upgrade program;
• Coordinate the transition from Associate to Principal membership;
• Establish the program governance model, delivery plan, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and reporting structure;
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, finance, legal, and external vendors;
• Maintain the integrated program plan and ensure alignment between all workstreams;
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies;
• Lead regular steering committee, program governance, and working-group meetings;
• Track deliverables required from the bank, processors, wallet providers, and implementation partners;
• Coordinate the implementation of physical and digital card products;
• Oversee portfolio migration planning and execution for approximately 200,000 cards;
• Support coordination of Apple Pay and Google Pay enablement activities;
• Ensure that certification, testing, operational readiness, migration readiness, and go-live activities are properly planned;
• Coordinate cutover planning, go-live governance, hypercare, and post-migration stabilization;
• Escalate delivery risks and decisions requiring management attention;
• Ensure clear communication between local Serbian-speaking stakeholders and international stakeholders;
• Prepare program status reports, decision papers, risk logs, action trackers, and management updates;
• Support vendor management and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables;
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and transition to the bank’s operational teams.

• Experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership for 5+ years;
• Previous hands-on experience delivering banking, payments, card issuing, or scheme-related programs;
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: card product implementation, card portfolio migration, issuer processing migration, digital wallet enablement, payment scheme certification, digital card issuance;
• Proven experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders;
• Strong understanding of banking delivery governance, risk management, compliance, and operational readiness;
• Experience managing complex programs involving banks, payment schemes, processors, technology vendors, and regulators;
• Ability to manage both business and technical workstreams;
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Ability to work full-time from the client premises in Belgrade;
• English level from Upper-Intermediate and above;
• Serbian level from Advanced and above;
• Nice to have: Experience with Principal membership or similar scheme licensing upgrades, experience with a card migration involving more than 100,000 cards, experience with Apple Pay or Google Pay implementation, knowledge of card lifecycle management, authorization, clearing, settlement, tokenization, fraud, disputes, and reconciliation, experience managing go-live and cutover activities for critical banking systems, relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent.
