• Lead end-to-end project delivery across software development, infrastructure, and integration initiatives;
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables;
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders;
• Coordinate technical teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and compliant delivery;
• Oversee documentation, governance, and reporting aligned with financial industry standards;
• Implement best practices in Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in delivery processes and team collaboration;
• Report project status to senior management and contribute to strategic planning within the technology department.

• 6-13 Years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in technical project or program management, ideally within the IT or fintech sector;
• Proven experience managing software development or infrastructure projects;
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), and project management tools;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Experience with cloud migration, data integration, or regulatory compliance projects (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS), technical background (previous experience as a developer, engineer, or systems analyst), Azure DevOps, project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM).
