InPost is a leading logistics company that designs and manufactures automated parcel lockers and develops services such as InPost Fresh, Fulfillment, and InPost Pay. Operating internationally under the InPost and Mondial Relay brands across Europe, the company focuses on innovation, business efficiency, and process transformation.

• Evaluate the feasibility of new and existing initiatives by connecting data with business needs to provide investment recommendations;
• Manage complex, strategic cross-functional projects while adapting working methods to project contexts;
• Act as an information and operational hub for various units to ensure goal alignment and process scalability;
• Analyze existing processes continuously to identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to improve KPIs;
• Present progress and results to the Board and key stakeholders;
• Design and implement process changes using modern technologies, including AI and process automation tools.

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in managing complex transformation projects, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or consulting;
• Fluent English (min. C1) for working in an international environment;
• Proven track record in leading project teams, including matrix and distributed structures, with a focus on clear roles and coordination;
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams without formal authority through influence and subject matter expertise;
• Strong skills in building partner relationships with business stakeholders based on trust and transparent communication;
• Experience in enforcing accountability, ensuring result delivery, and guiding teams toward established goals;
• Proficiency in conducting difficult conversations, negotiations, and mediations to resolve conflicts;
• Nice to have: Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or consulting.
