The company provides a platform for businesses to manage and scale their affiliate marketing programs, facilitating collaboration and performance-based growth across international markets.

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects and programs, balancing strategic priorities, business needs, cross-functional dependencies, resources, and timelines;
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for projects, aligning Technical, Commercial, and Operational teams;
• Establish and evolve governance, documentation, and delivery frameworks to drive decision-making and execution;
• Build and maintain partnerships with senior leaders, providing advice and evidence-based recommendations;
• Anticipate and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies and responding to emerging challenges;
• Present updates, proposals, and analysis to senior management to secure alignment and drive value;
• Identify impacts of project changes and implement strategies to drive adoption and maintain outcomes;
• Monitor performance through executive reporting and KPIs, translating data into insights for leadership;
• Contribute to the maturity of the PMO by supporting the development of standards, tools, and ways of working.

• 6+ Years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs in fast-paced, international environments;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and contribute to portfolio planning and prioritization;
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or a relevant degree with applied knowledge of advanced methodologies;
• Proven experience managing distributed project teams, leading in matrix environments, and navigating diverse personalities;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an outcome-first mindset;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: Consultancy experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, recognized portfolio management qualification, hands-on AI proficiency, experience with Asana.
