Lead electronics development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition and planning to launch and series production;
Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project targets for scope, quality, timing, and cost are achieved;
Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders;
Drive technical collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, development partners, and customers to resolve complex technical challenges;
Represent the project in customer meetings, quality gates, and management reviews;
Coordinate acquisition activities, including the preparation of technical and commercial project proposals;
Support and evaluate project team performance, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement;
Identify and implement opportunities to improve project profitability, efficiency, and return on investment;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
требования
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in electronics development;
Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software development processes;
Solid knowledge of complete electronic systems and product development principles;
Good understanding of Product Development Process (PDP) methodologies;
Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and proactive approach;
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment;
