• Lead delivery of complex IT projects and strategic initiatives across multiple business functions;
• Ensure alignment with IT and business strategy, value delivery, and benefits realization;
• Manage scope, budget, schedules, risks, dependencies, and quality in accordance with PMO standards;
• Support IT portfolio planning, prioritization, and transparency;
• Lead steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting;
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption of delivered solutions;
• Apply waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery models as appropriate;
• Mentor and coach project managers and act as an escalation point for complex issues;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and governance.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent;
• 7–10 Years of experience managing complex IT projects;
• Proven engagement with senior business and IT stakeholders;
• Experience across IT domains such as cloud, data platforms, applications, infrastructure, or integration;
• Strong background in business requirements analysis and organizational change management;
• Fluent English;
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities;
• Ability to work under pressure in complex, international environments;
• Experience with project and portfolio management tools (MS Project, Project Online, Jira, Azure DevOps);
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, network, databases, web applications, and data integration;
• Negotiation skills and political acuity;
• Nice to have: Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA), Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe), project experience with MS SQL based web applications, MS Azure, MS PowerBI.

• Regular overnight travel 10-25% of the time;
