• 1–3 Years of experience in project management or project support, ideally in an agency or IT setting;
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously;
• Interest in using AI and agentic tools in daily work;
• Clear and direct communication style;
• Ability to take ownership of projects and raise flags on budget or milestone issues;
• Genuine interest in learning technical work;
• Adaptable and positive attitude;
• Confident in German and English;
• Nice to have: Jira experience.
