The company provides white-label wallet and payment infrastructure, enabling partners to integrate stablecoin custody, transfers, and digital payments into fintech, gaming, and web3 applications.

• Lead cross-functional squads and own the delivery lifecycle from technical discovery to production;
• Own the forecast and ensure the realism of deadlines by facilitating decomposition and challenging estimates;
• Maintain perfect hygiene in project tooling (Jira) to ensure blockers are surfaced and progress is transparent;
• Orchestrate the team to translate high-level vision into detailed, actionable User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria;
• Act as a gatekeeper to ensure no task enters a sprint without being ready for development;
• Act as a constructive bridge between team members to resolve friction and ensure technical debates result in actionable plans;
• Push the team to maintain tracking and documentation standards.

• 5+ Years in IT Project/Delivery Management in Fintech or regulated environments;
• Technical background in QA, Analyst, or Engineering;
• Understanding of APIs, Backend architecture, and CI/CD;
• Assertive mindset with the ability to challenge requirements and estimates;
• Experience adapting Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to small, fast-moving teams;
• Professional English and Russian (required).
