• Lead multiple large and complex projects in parallel;
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external business and technical stakeholders;
• Facilitate discussions between business and IT teams;
• Run steering committees and support decision-making processes;
• Define and maintain project scope, timelines, stakeholders, and budgets;
• Own project communication, status reporting, and escalations;
• Keep project documentation accurate and up to date;
• Act as a coordination point within the project manager community;
• Align projects on dependencies, approaches, and timelines;
• Support collaboration and collective problem-solving among PMs;
• Promote consistent and pragmatic use of the project management framework;
• Help PMs interpret and apply standards in real-life scenarios;
• Identify gaps or improvement opportunities and feed them back to PMO governance;
• Provide guidance and escalation support for other PMs;
• Support less experienced PMs through coaching and knowledge sharing;
• Encourage continuous learning and improvement within the community.

• Proven experience in project and program management;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, a technical field, or a related discipline;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders;
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;
• Solid technical background in areas like software implementation or configuration;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, high-performing team;
• Familiarity with project tracking, collaboration, and standard office tools;
• English (fluent, written and verbal);
• Nice to have: Experience in IT project management in the finance domain, experience with large-scale or data-heavy environments (big data).
