N26 provides digital banking services through a global banking platform. The company operates without physical branches and serves more than 8 million customers across 24 markets.

• Define and lead the bank's regulatory project portfolio;
• Oversee the end-to-end management, design, and execution of multiple high-impact projects;
• Lead, manage, and support a team of Regulatory Project Managers;
• Set clear goals, provide continuous mentorship, and conduct performance reviews;
• Take responsibility for the team’s strategic direction;
• Report to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors on project statuses, strategic risks, and milestones;
• Lead structured problem-solving sessions for key company issues;
• Analyze complex organizational and regulatory problems, identify root causes, and make decisions to mitigate systemic risks;
• Collaborate with C-level leadership to ensure strategic alignment;
• Serve as the central point of connection for internal and external stakeholders.

• Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related technical or analytical field;
• 10+ Years of experience in financial services project delivery;
• 3 To 5 years of direct people-management and department-leadership experience;
• Experience managing departmental budgets and optimizing resource allocation across competing high-impact projects;
• Fluent English;
• Excellent executive presentation and storytelling skills;
• Mastery of frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma and 5 Whys;
• Ability to shift human capital, budget, and technology resources across multiple large projects as regulatory priorities evolve;
• Ability to present at Board or C-suite level and translate technical and legal blockers into clear commercial risk choices.
