The company operates in the High-Frequency Trading (HFT) sector, addressing complex challenges at the intersection of technology, mathematics, and business. It competes globally by focusing on quality and speed, providing solutions where no off-the-shelf options exist.

• Manage end-to-end projects from goal definition and decomposition to implementation and delivery of business results;
• Conduct research for management decisions, including market analysis, competitor research, and validation of marketing and product hypotheses;
• Launch new business initiatives, ranging from researching locations for new offices and trademark registration to building internal IT products and developing the brand in CIS markets and abroad;
• Select and validate vendors, negotiate, and manage external and internal project teams;
• Communicate with stakeholders and top management through regular reporting, meetings, and alignment on key decisions;
• Set new quality standards for the team;
• Make decisions under high uncertainty where there are no ready solutions or clear specifications;
• Optimize processes and implement AI tools in the team's workflow and projects.

• 2.5+ Years of end-to-end project management experience in marketing, strategy, research, or business development at technology companies, strategy consultancies, or top agencies;
• Cross-functional experience with ownership of different parts of projects;
• Proven track record of driving results personally;
• Confident command of project management tools (decomposition, budget, timelines, resources, risks) and frameworks (Gantt, RACI, risk matrix, OKR);
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, metrics, and statistics;
• Active use of AI in work, including automations and integrations;
• English at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher;
• Nice to have: STEM background, experience with full-cycle marketing, content or performance marketing, expertise in media, PR or Telegram channels, product management skills, experience leading IT product development, experience in international companies or markets, scientific publications, knowledge of additional foreign languages.
