BeOne Medicines is a pharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative treatments, with a particular emphasis on oncology research and patient care.

• Lead the full project lifecycle for procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) initiatives from initiation to stabilization;
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, critical path, and hypercare;
• Manage project scope, change control, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and corrective action planning;
• Run governance routines, including status reports and steering updates for executive stakeholders;
• Drive alignment across Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and external vendor partners;
• Manage delivery partners and vendors, including SOW milestones and deliverable acceptance;
• Coordinate S2P platform implementations, including sourcing, contracting, supplier enablement, and invoicing workflows;
• Coordinate ERP/Finance system integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and training;
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data, security, compliance, and operational readiness;
• Track project outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ Years of technology project management experience delivering enterprise solutions;
• Certification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or Agile;
• Strong delivery discipline in planning, financial/budget awareness, and stakeholder communication;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external delivery partners;
• Solid understanding of SDLC and implementation lifecycles;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree, experience delivering Finance Technology programs in regulated or global environments, implementation experience with SAP Ariba, Agiloft CLM, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, or Zycus, experience with ERP integration and global rollouts, PMO tooling and dashboarding skills, exposure to finance-adjacent technologies.

• Salary range: 240 000 - 300 000 PLN per year;
• Hybrid work pattern (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
