ChillBase is an independent gaming studio focused on the development of the social roleplay game OneState. The company emphasizes an innovative approach to product creation, maintaining a flexible environment free from rigid corporate structures.

• Build, optimize, and oversee processes within the squad to ensure synchronization with the production pipeline;
• Collaborate with leads and other PMs on planning releases, improvements, and features;
• Participate in building the squad roadmap alongside squad ownership and the producer;
• Improve task delivery predictability and proactively remove blockers;
• Establish effective communication within the squad and maintain cross-functional collaboration;
• Manage task trackers, documentation, and project metrics.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);
• Ability to build project timelines (Gantt charts) and perform task decomposition;
• Ability to justify decisions, manage expectations, and facilitate meetings effectively;
• Experience implementing and scaling processes, developing teams, managing motivation, and resolving conflicts;
• Systematic approach to risk management, including identification, assessment, and impact management;
• Understanding of the SDLC, QA fundamentals, and analytics;
• Confident use of task tracking tools (Jira/FlowFast/etc), documentation tools (Confluence), visualization tools (Miro), and AI tools for management tasks;
• Native Russian language;
• Nice to have: Experience in the gaming industry.
