The Business Area Wind is responsible for onshore and offshore wind generation, as well as other non-hydro renewable activities, developing and operating projects across several European markets.

• Understand key business challenges and work with colleagues across Strategic Projects and BU Offshore to identify and drive improvement opportunities;
• Contribute to setting the overall strategic direction of BU Offshore;
• Scope, align, and lead strategic initiatives and improvement projects in line with the strategy and operating model;
• Ensure success through storytelling, innovative concepts, effective presentations, and analysis reports for project sponsors and the management team;
• Collaborate with project sponsors, the BU Offshore line organization, and other stakeholders to build a reputation as a trusted advisor;
• Support the development and mentoring of Associate Project Managers and demonstrate effective leadership in project teams.

• Advanced university degree in business, economics, or engineering;
• Several years of work experience, including a background from strategy consulting or a strategy unit at the PM or Engagement Manager level;
• Proficiency in executive communication and stakeholder management;
• Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and strategic, critical, and creative thinking;
• Proven ability to deliver as a self-starter with a can-do attitude;
• Strong track record in project management and functional team leadership;
• Experience and confidence in working with and presenting to senior management;
• Nice to have: Background in the wind industry.
