• Lead and coordinate projects focused on application delivery, application security, and service reliability across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments;
• Manage project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and delivery coordination;
• Coordinate the implementation and operational evolution of application delivery platforms, including load balancing, application gateways, web application firewalls, and traffic protection services;
• Ensure projects deliver secure, scalable, and highly available solutions aligned with organisational requirements;
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, security stakeholders, business representatives, and external partners;
• Support impact assessments for application delivery and security changes, ensuring operational and security considerations are addressed;
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines, scope, budgets, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements;
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation activities;
• Ensure adherence to security standards, audit requirements, and operational governance frameworks;
• Provide structured communication, reporting, and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects in enterprise environments;
• Strong understanding of application delivery, application security, and infrastructure services;
• Experience coordinating projects involving cloud, on-premises, and hybrid technology environments;
• Ability to work with technical teams responsible for platforms such as load balancers, application gateways, and web application firewalls;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, delivery milestones, and operational impacts;
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear business-oriented communication;
• Experience working with security, compliance, and service management requirements.
