OX2 develops and sells large-scale renewable energy projects, focusing on wind, solar, and other energy technologies to support the global transition to sustainable energy solutions.

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, including GIS, Civil, Grid, and Technology specialists, as well as external consultants;
• Oversee the engineering and design of complete energy systems, including generation assets, grid connections, civil works, and control systems;
• Develop and manage engineering plans aligned with procurement and construction schedules;
• Provide technical leadership and support throughout all project phases, from development to construction and handover;
• Maintain clear and well-organized technical documentation and project deliverables;
• Ensure technical assumptions are aligned across design, energy yield assessments, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, and project schedules;
• Drive design optimization initiatives to maximize project value;
• Coordinate and support technical due diligence activities for financing and project sales;
• Ensure compliance with permits, regulations, grid requirements, and industry standards;
• Identify, assess, and manage technical risks throughout project development and execution;
• Oversee quality assurance and integrate health & safety considerations into engineering design;
• Lead the definition of technical scopes for RFQs, tenders, and contracts;
• Coordinate technical evaluations of supplier and contractor proposals and lead technical negotiations;
• Oversee design reviews, quality follow-up, and technical change management during construction.

• University degree in Engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent);
• Proven experience in energy project development, engineering, construction, or project management;
• Strong understanding of energy project development processes;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Experience working in an international or multinational environment;
• English (fluent, written and verbal);
• Nice to have: Experience with construction projects, understanding of energy project finance, experience in renewable energy/wind/solar/oil & gas sectors, experience with EPC contracts and large-scale energy infrastructure.
