Xsolla is a global commerce company providing tools and services that assist video game developers with funding, distribution, marketing, and monetization. The organization operates as a merchant of record and supports creators ranging from indie studios to AAA companies in reaching global audiences.

• Prepare conferences end to end, including target lists, attendee research, outreach, schedules, briefings, and follow-up trackers;
• Build databases for investors, partners, lenders, companies, and counterparties using public sources and other channels;
• Prepare and update presentations, internal memos, market maps, spreadsheets, and operating trackers;
• Support financial models, fund analytics, pipeline trackers, and scoring tools;
• Research investors, gaming companies, developers, publishers, lenders, partners, and comparable transactions;
• Build and maintain the credit deals pipeline;
• Coordinate and prepare dealflow scoring;
• Manage tasks, deadlines, files, notes, follow-ups, and internal reporting to ensure visibility of progress and blockers.

• 2–6 Years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, startups, business operations, or analytical roles;
• Strong generalist skill set across research, Excel, PowerPoint, written communication, and coordination;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clean, usable work with limited rework;
• Ability to structure ambiguous tasks into clear outputs, workplans, deadlines, and next steps;
• Fast research skills across companies, investors, sectors, people, conferences, transactions, and public data;
• High ownership, including following up, closing loops, documenting work, and making progress visible;
• Nice to have: Interest in gaming, fintech, credit, private markets, venture capital, or digital platforms.
