UnionPay International provides financial services and payment solutions, focusing on the development and expansion of mobile payment ecosystems globally.

• Analyze the mobile payment landscape in Central Asia and develop market-specific mobile payment strategies;
• Collaborate with issuers, acquirers, and service providers to promote and sell mobile payment products;
• Develop customized product solutions to meet the specific needs of partners;
• Oversee all stages of product implementation and allocate internal resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
• Enhance project performance through continuous product optimization and targeted marketing campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of mobile payment technologies, trends, and regulatory frameworks in Central Asia;
• Understanding of mobile payment platforms, APIs, and integration processes;
• Rich experience in mobile payment products management (QRC, contactless mobile payment, P2P);
• Rich experience in the payment industry of Kazakhstan;
• Fluent English;
• Proficiency in Russian;
• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Nice to have: Chinese language skills.
