The company's e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations worldwide to manage large volumes of data and identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.

• Drive the short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by collaborating with end users, engineering, enablement, sales, and other customer-focused teams;
• Create a cohesive, intuitive enrichment architecture in collaboration with other product managers and stakeholders;
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and articulate its benefits;
• Ensure customer success by addressing barriers to adoption;
• Connect with external and internal customers to understand workflows and validate approaches;
• Prioritize tasks based on impact and outcomes;
• Conduct user and competitive research;
• Own the product roadmap and backlog;
• Track and report on key product metrics;
• Facilitate communication across internal stakeholders to gain buy-in and resolve conflicts regarding product vision;
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure delivery meets scalability, reliability, usability, and performance standards;
• Engage in technical discussions with engineering managers and architects to understand implications of future work;
• Break down large projects into iterative releases and create implementation plans;
• Translate validated designs into story cards with acceptance criteria;
• Develop go-to-market content including product documentation and release notes.

• 3+ Years of experience in product management building custom software;
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience;
• Deep understanding of product suite and ability to explain business and technical approaches;
• Technical acumen to understand development challenges and root causes of incidents;
• Nice to have: Experience in product management for developer-facing platform products (native libraries, distributed messaging systems, workflow orchestration infrastructure), solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile, familiarity with data analysis and monitoring, ability to solve complex systems problems, team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills.
