Insense is a platform that connects brands with over 100,000 creators across 35+ countries to facilitate content creation and influencer marketing campaigns. The service supports over 2,000 mid-sized brands in scaling their marketing efforts.

• Own the product roadmap from discovery to launch, balancing long-term platform improvements with customer-requested enhancements;
• Partner with Customer Success to understand customer feedback, prioritize bugs and feature requests, and determine development timelines;
• Work with Engineering and Design to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and maintain team alignment;
• Balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day requests to ensure platform improvements progress while addressing urgent customer needs;
• Collaborate across product teams to ensure shared platform features like workspaces, permissions, and navigation support various products;
• Drive product delivery by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating launches to ensure timely project completion.

• 2-4+ Years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Experience owning a product roadmap from discovery through delivery;
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success or Support teams;
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with experience prioritizing multiple initiatives;
• Experience gathering customer feedback and turning it into product requirements;
• Experience launching MVPs and improving products through continuous iteration;
• Experience making product decisions based on customer needs, business goals, and data;
• Nice to have: Experience building products for mid-market or enterprise B2B customers, experience working on platform or infrastructure features such as permissions, workspaces, authentication, billing, or integrations, experience supporting products with multiple user types such as marketplaces or collaboration platforms, comfort discussing technical solutions and trade-offs with Engineering teams.
