задачи
- Define, manage, and prioritize the Product Backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives;
- Collaborate daily with Development, Design, and Stakeholder teams to translate business requirements into clear and actionable User Stories;
- Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap;
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives;
- Monitor product evolution, identifying risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities;
- Communicate product progress regularly to management and stakeholders;
- Promote continuous value delivery through efficient priority management.
требования
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roles;
- Experience in managing and prioritizing Product Backlogs;
- Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements;
- Experience in creating User Stories and defining acceptance criteria;
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum;
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Development, Design, and Business;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- English (fluent, spoken and written).
