• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for DataMatrix data products;
• Translate business and client needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Analyze new initiatives and requests and participate in product discovery and business analysis;
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, platform impact, and data usage;
• Work closely with data engineers, technical leads, and other tech stakeholders on solution shaping;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across platform data products;
• Support internal teams and clients using DataMatrix products;
• Improve existing data products based on feedback, usage, and insights;
• Collaborate with other business units and non-development departments;
• Deepen understanding of the iGaming domain and EveryMatrix products.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in IT or B2B SaaS;
• Hands-on experience owning a product through continuous evolution;
• Experience working with data-intensive or analytics-driven products;
• Strong backlog ownership and prioritization skills;
• Experience with user story and acceptance criteria writing;
• Ability to define business and customer needs;
• Experience with product documentation;
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools;
• Familiarity with Agile product development practices;
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills;
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
• High ownership, responsibility, and result orientation;
• Advanced English (B2+), written and spoken;
• Comfortable communicating with engineering teams in technical language;
• Nice to have: Experience in iGaming, understanding of data pipelines and data processing, understanding of BI and reporting solutions, APIs and third-party integrations, technical background or understanding of databases and data structures.
