Brainence is a software development company with over 10 years of experience in building products and engineering teams for startups and enterprises across various industries, including healthcare, edtech, real estate, and logistics.

• Collaborate with the CTO to define business and technical requirements;
• Analyze requirements and design practical, scalable technical solutions;
• Prepare project documentation, including BRDs, SRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications;
• Coordinate development activities and ensure requirements are clearly understood by the engineering team;
• Plan and prioritize work, track progress, and help deliver projects on time;
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions;
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 3+ Years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or a similar role;
• Strong understanding of software development and system architecture;
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions;
• Experience creating functional and technical documentation;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-company environment with evolving priorities;
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (verbal and written);
• Nice to have: Understanding of TypeScript or modern JavaScript technologies, Experience working with Agile methodologies, Background in SaaS or web-based products.
