• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and hypothesis formation through specification, build, and post-release analysis;
• Identify and address core retention challenges in a subscription model;
• Design and run rapid A/B experiments across onboarding, paywall mechanics, trial experience, and pricing;
• Build and iterate the post-payment product experience to establish habit and value;
• Define and track key product metrics that predict revenue;
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineers to ship features quickly;
• Partner with the GM on growth strategy, funnel optimization, and monetization experiments;
• Lead the mobile app from 0 to launch including user research, feature scoping, and roadmap management;
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research;
• Perform user research through interviews, usability tests, and in-app surveys;
• Maintain a living roadmap and ensure team alignment.

• 3+ Years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps;
• Strong command of retention and engagement mechanics, including churn modeling;
• Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and decision-making under uncertainty;
• Experience with subscription monetization, trial flows, pricing experiments, and paywall design;
• Hands-on experience with growth loops and onboarding optimization;
• Sharp product sense with the ability to identify friction and value gaps in user flows;
• Ability to operate as a near-solo PM owning the full stack from strategy to delivery;
• Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability sessions;
• Proven track record of owning a full product area end-to-end;
• English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Nice to have: Experience in EdTech, wellness, or self-improvement verticals, exposure to mobile app development from 0 to launch, familiarity with paid acquisition channels, experience with AI/LLM-powered features, background in behavioral psychology or habit formation.
