RedCore Group is a fast-growing business group that operates in development, architecture, management, operations, marketing, legal, finance, and other domains.

• Analyze API documentation to coordinate requests for integration implementation and ensure they meet business customer expectations;
• Take responsibility for implementation correctness according to requirements;
• Maintain retrospective analysis of task completion and identify weaknesses in the integration process;
• Improve integrations and communication processes with providers;
• Analyze user flows to increase the effectiveness of business requirements for the development team;
• Complete criteria systems for integration by payment system types;
• Control final testing of integrated payment systems before implementation;
• Attend meetings dedicated to status updates of completed, current, and planned tasks;
• Take part in planning sprints with PSP and Dev departments;
• Work with the Team Lead Product Manager;
• Work with business customers, analyze resources, and adjust the roadmap;
• Work with the Project Manager, development team, and QA;
• Work with managers of other projects for task realization.

• Have 3-plus years of experience working as a Product Manager in a product company;
• Experience in analyzing requirements, evaluating labor expenditures, planning projects, managing risks and changes;
• Great communication skills, ability to settle arguments, and conduct negotiations;
• Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (scrum, scrumban, waterfall);
• Experience composing work specifications for development teams;
• Understanding of client-server architecture;
• Experience communicating with third-party software;
• Experience working with API documentation, payment systems, and billing;
• English language, Upper-Intermediate level (B2) preferably;
• Advanced user of Atlassian;
• Nice to have: Upper-Intermediate level (B2) English language.
